Incumbent Kate Rosenbarger has won the nomination for the District 2 seat on Bloomington City Council.
Rosenbarger works in community development and housing affordability. She has served as executive director for TEDxBloomington and as deputy campaign manager for Liz Watson for Congress.
Rosenbarger graduated from the IU Maurer School of Law and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
She is completing her first term, and ran against fellow city council member Sue Sgambelluri. Redistricting put the two in the same district.
