Human remains and clothing found in Greene County, death investigation underway

Indiana State Police is investigating remains and clothing found in a field near Solsberry by a local hunter Monday.

According to a press release, state police crime scene investigators were contacted Monday morning by the Greene County Sherriff’s Department.

Solsberry is approximately 15 miles southwest of Bloomington.

The investigation is ongoing and police say anyone with information should contact the Greene County Sherriff’s Department.
