Traffic signal improvements at the intersection of State Road 135 and State Road 46 in Nashville, Indiana, are scheduled to begin Monday. Travelers can expect temporary lane changes in this main intersection coming into Nashville. INDOT expects the work to last until early May, weather permitting.
Ragle, the Indiana Department of Transportation contractor, will work on the curb, shoulder and signal at this intersection.

Bloomington SR 46, South Smith Road closure
The intersection of State Road 46 and South Smith Road is scheduled to close on or after March 12. Motorists on SR 46 will not be able to access South Smith Road for up to 45 days, according to an INDOT update.

Milestone Contractors, an INDOT contractor, will conduct intersection improvement work.
Local access for businesses will be maintained. The sidewalk will be closed.
The detour route will take motorists to SR 446 and then to Moores Pike to get to South Smith Road.
INDOT says work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
