In July 2020, Orr was sentenced to seven years of confinement for manufacturing methamphetamine, online court records show.
“Charles is considered to be armed and dangerous,” the sheriff’s office said. “If located, do not approach and contact the Greene County Sheriff's Department or call 911.”
It described Orr as 5’9” and 180 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. He has skull tattoos on both legs, both arms and two lightning bolts on his neck.
The sheriff’s office didn’t say when Orr escaped from Greene County Community Corrections, which provides alternative sentencing options.
The GCCC “provides offenders with a structured, clean, and sober environment that supports and guides transition back into the community,” its website says.
