Officers arrived at the JCBank on Walnut Street a little before noon after receiving a panic button alert.

Witness reports said a man entered the bank with a face covering and handed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller gave the man the money and he ran away on foot, according to police.

Investigators suspected Strevels by identifying his vehicle that was in the area during the time of the robbery.
