Bloomington’s only Party City and Staples locations are both closing Jan. 17. The stores are in the shopping area on East Third Street. A Party City employee said the company’s lease is ending.
Party City is holding sales, with most items at least 20 percent off, and Halloween items 75 percent off. Staples is starting its closing sales next week.
The property owner at Hauck Holdings was not available for comment.
