Fatted Calf String Band Keeps Old Time Alive

The Fatted Calf String Band are a four-piece old time band, one of many string-heavy groups around the country that play renditions of traditional Appalachian music. Fatted Calf use their histories in punk and rock music to play these tunes, in their words, "hard, fast, and a little ornery" at cafes, bars, and even the odd square dance.

Fatted Calf's debut CD is available at Landlocked Music.
