A Place For Film - Reviewing Campus MovieFest

Episode 80 - Reviewing Campus MovieFest

On this week's episode, we're covering Campus MovieFest. Campus MovieFest is a student film festival that provides students with a camera and laptop to shoot and edit their films within a one week period. 92 teams participated, and 16 films were chosen to screen.

We start with What Have You Seen Lately. Jason saw Hunger Games and was disturbed by the makeup of the audience at his screening. Andy is talking about A Separation and Rise of The Planet of the Apes.

We then talk about Campus MovieFest. We cover all the movies that screened, some we loved, some we didn't get, but all that show talent and promise. We also cover the atmosphere of the event, and the special guests.

It was a great event, and you can see all the films at the link below. A long episode, but we had a lot to talk about.
