Sweet Seasons Spice Blend

You will think of apple or pumpkin pie when you first smell this, but it is much more complex.

It is good in many desserts, but it is also good on pork, duck and game and any of the autumn veggies like squash, sweet potatoes and beets. This is great to highlight the natural sweetness of your ingredients. I also use it as a dry rub on BBQs, in my granola mix, and even mixed with a bit of sugar on my cinnamon toast.

You can use a pumpkin pie spice in its place.
