On today's show, what happens when your neighborhood coffee shop becomes your neighborhood pub? We'll ask the owners of Hopscotch Coffee what they were thinking when they launched their new beer menu.

And we hear from two generations of farmers on the same land, one reflecting on the past, one looking to the future.

That was a glacier. That was this very slow moving thing that ground up everything in its path. It ground up the fields, the fencerows, the farmsteads and finally the towns. Just leveled it. And we didn't realize it at the time. It's not like an explosion. By the time you realized what happened it's too late. --Dave Bishop
