Recent years have seen rising racial and religious tensions in America, perhaps most visibly with members of the Islamic faith.
Since the rise of the militant jihadist group ISIS in the Middle East, presumptive presidential candidate Donald Trump's call for an outright ban on Muslim immigration, and most recently the Orlando shooter's reported allegiance to ISIS, some say fear and xenophobia are interfering with what should be a peaceful coexistence.
