The Indiana State Senate and House are moving through the 2023 session. The 2022 session was filled with impactful laws on topics such as abortion, gun regulation, and newly imposed taxes, and many are curious what is in store for this year.
Many of the proposed bills involve healthcare, education, tax regulations, and gun regulation. Other notable bills include the legalization of marijuana possession, same-sex marriage rights, a cap on tuition, and more.
