The Israel Defense Force and Hamas militants continue to exchange fire as the war in Israel shows no sign of ending.
Israel bombed multiple targets in the Gaza Strip Monday night and into Tuesday morning, leaving areas in dust and rubble. Thousands of lives have been lost on both sides and thousands more have been displaced.
The conflict began last weekend when groups of Hamas militants launched hundreds of rockets into Israel from Gaza and attacked several cities near the border. More than 250 civilians attending the Tribe of Nova music festival celebrating the Jewish holiday of Sukkot were killed and many others taken hostage in what is believed to be the worst civilian massacre in Israeli history.

Early this week, Israel announced the mobilization of 360,000 reservists, leading to fears of all out war and mass destruction.
