A new emergency vet clinic that opened Feb. 1 will fill the vacancy of emergency veterinary services in Bloomington.

The clinic isn’t meant to replace general practitioners but will instead provide urgent care services for symptoms such as excess vomiting, physical injuries and more.

Until VetCheck opens in the spring, the nearest 24/7 emergency vet clinic is nearly an hour and a half away.
