Tuesday's storm left extensive storm damage around Lake Monroe. Staff at Hoosier National Forest are still assessing the damage on its trails.

About 1,900 customers were affected by a power outage as of 10:30 Monday morning.

Crews were working Wednesday to restore power to about 14,500 Indiana Michigan Power customers, most of them in the Fort Wayne area, after winds up to 70 mph swept the area Tuesday night.
