The Indiana Department of Transportation says its crews will install a three-way stop in Bloomington at the intersection of East 10th Street (State Road 45) and North Smith Road.

This project is part of a $3.2 million contract awarded to Ragle last July.

IDOT will be preforming repairs that require closing the eastbound thru lane and right-turn lane to College Avenue.
