Students will be dismissed two hours earlier than normal. All after-school activities are canceled.

Cold temperatures and strong winds likely will produce dangerous wind chills Friday through Sunday.

Winter weather returns throughout most of the northern half of the state. Heavy rain will turn to mixed precipitation as temperatures drop this afternoon.
