MCCSC to close early for winter weather

The Monroe County Community School Corporation is closing all schools early due to incoming winter weather.

The Indianapolis office of the National Weather Service is predictingBloomington will see 2-4 inches of snow with wind chills making it feel as low as 5 degrees outside.

Students will be dismissed two hours earlier than normal. All after-school activities are canceled.

High schoolers will be dismissed at 12:40 p.m.

Middle schoolers will be dismissed at 1:05 p.m.

Elementary dismissals are listed below.

1:45 p.m. — Arlington, Binford, Childs, Highland Park, Rogers, Templeton

2 p.m. — Fairview, University

2:15 p.m. — Clear Creek, Grandview, Lakeview, Marlin, Summit, Unionville
