Paoli Peaks is officially part of Vail Resorts, Inc. The Colorado-based company announced Tuesday it closed on its $264 million purchase of 17 Peak Resorts across the country.
Vail Resorts says it will honor Peak or Midwest passes already purchased for the 2019-2020 season. People can also upgrade to an Epic Pass or Epic Local pass for an additional cost, which will offer access to other Vail Resorts.
Pass prices will increase October 13.
