Daybook: IU Women's Basketball & Bill Signings

Good morning! Here are some of the stories we're following today:

  • IU Women's basketball fell to Notre Dame last night in the second round of the NCAA tournament. The game marks the team's first NCAA tournament bid in 14 years. This is also the first ever time the team has finished undefeated in Assembly Hall. Follow Brad Davis ( @B_______Rad) for more information. 

    • Gov. Pence will sign a group of 12 bills related to veteran's issues today. Pence has signed dozens of bills this week and his schedule is continually filling up. Follow Statehouse reporter Brandon Smith ( @BrandonJSmith5) for updates on the post-session. 

      • Attacks in Brussels, Belgium this morning have sparked worldwide reaction, including in Indiana. We'll find out how the terrorist attacks affect Hoosiers. Follow @WFIUnews for details throughout the day.
