A news release says the company has entered into an agreement to sell six of its existing properties -- one owned and five leased -- to grocery chain ALDI, and five additional properties to grocery chain Publix. It says Lucky's is in talks with "various buyers."

It is unknown whether the Bloomington location is included in that sale, and a request for comment was not returned by the time of publication.

Lucky's will continue to operate seven stores in Traverse City, MI; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Columbia, MO; Melbourne, FL; North Boulder and Fort Collins, CO.

This story has been updated to include information about Publix.
