For the fourth year in a row, the Indianapolis International Airport is being named the best airport in North America.
The annual Airport Service Quality award given by the Airports Council International comes from survey data taken from air travelers at more than 300 airports worldwide.
Travelers vote on qualities like cleanliness, courteousness of airport staff and general ambiance. The goal is to measure overall customer satisfaction.
The airport has received this honor four of the past five years: 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
