The first city-run farmers' market of the season will take place on Saturday, April 3.
The Bloomington Community Farmers' Market, held in the Showers Commons next to Bloomington City Hall, will be open 8 a.m.-1 p.m. every Saturday through November.
Forty-eight farm vendors and five food and beverage vendors are slated to appear at this year's market.
According to the city's website, this includes Schooner Creek Farm, which is co-owned by Sarah Dye. The 2019 market was marred by controversy involving accusations of racism against Dye related to her alleged ties to a white supremacist group.
