Health officials in Indiana reported 812 new COVID-19 cases and one new death Monday.
The State Department of Health’s latest numbers showed 12,938 total deaths since the pandemic began and 723,443 positive cases.
The 7-day positivity rate was 4.6% on Monday, and 931 Hoosiers were hospitalized.
The state has also administered 4.3 million vaccine doses, and 1.9 million Hoosiers are fully vaccinated.

In Monroe County, health officials reported 11 new positive cases. They have reported 11,797 cases since the pandemic began. No new deaths were reported.
The 7-day positivity rate was 1.1%, and 26 residents were hospitalized.
The county has conducted 535,314 tests for the virus including 244 new ones by Monday.
