Staff cases include six members of the fire department, three utilities employees, one city hall employee, and one transit staff member.

The number of staff weekly cases is the highest reported in a single week since the beginning of the pandemic.

Five BFD employees experienced symptoms Sunday and received a positive result the same day. They had last worked the same shift at the same station Friday.

No additional close contacts were identified with co-workers or the general public.
