IU women's basketball game against Michigan State Wednesday postponed due to COVID-19

The IU women’s basketball game against Michigan State Wednesday night has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols.

It’s the third time this season the Hoosiers have had a game postponed because of COVID, but the first time it’s been because of issues within the program.

Senior guard Nicole Cardaño-Hillary missed Sunday’s game at Purdue due to health and safety protocols.

The Big Ten will coordinate with both teams to reschedule the game. If the game is unable to be rescheduled, it will be declared a no contest.

The Hoosiers are 14-2 overall and 6-0 in the Big Ten. They’re ranked No. 6 by the Associated Press.

The IU ticket office will contact those with tickets to Wednesday night’s game.
