K-12 funding, free little libraries, airline woes | Indiana Newsdesk

Increasing funding for K-through-12 education is a budget priority this session, but Republicans may balk at governor Holcomb’s pitch for free textbooks. This year’s general session at the statehouse began Monday.

Little Free Libraries is a world-wide movement, and the small boxes filled with free books have taken hold in Bloomington. There are several little libraries scattered around the city and county.

And we talk with an expert about the rash of problems incurred by the airline industry over the past month.
