Many IU students return home for the summer. And while that might mean a quieter and less congested Bloomington, it also hurts local retailers. The rise of online classes during the pandemic is one factor in the student exodus.

Indiana continues to struggle filling teacher positions. That’s due to the hardships of the pandemic and what some say is restrictive legislation in the state. To help fill vacancies, schools are turning to those with emergency teaching licenses.

And we talk with an expert about the benefits - and dangers - of artificial intelligence after an ominous warning from industry leaders.
