Bloomington’s only all-vegan bakery is looking for new management.
Jeff Grant and Jane Cupersmith, co-owners of Hopscotch Coffee, announced the Rainbow Bakery sale Friday.
“It’s time to see what someone else can do with this idyllic location,” the announcement said.

The bakery has been open for 12 years and was passed on to Hopscotch’s ownership in 2016, according to the announcement.
Grant declined to speak further on plans for the sale.
