Hemp growing in Indiana, Columbus parks, new state laws | Indiana Newsdesk

In 2018, the government loosened regulations for growing hemp, but Indiana farmers are finding there’s not many buyers of the plant. One big issue is there are few hemp processing plants in the U.S.

While Columbus made a splash with the multi-million dollar Nexus Park, parents don’t want the city to neglect its other parks.

And, we’ll talk with our statehouse reporter about a number of new laws that took effect on Monday.
