Indiana University Bloomington placed sorority Sigma Delta Tau on cease and desist Tuesday for hazing. All activities are suspended until further notice, according to the Office of Student Life.
This is the first organization to receive disciplinary action this year.
Two other organizations are also on cease and desist: Sigma Chi since Nov. 5, 2024, and the Indian Student Association since Oct. 1, 2024.
