Six organizations are on cease and desist this semester.

Indiana University’s Delta Upsilon chapter was suspended by the fraternity’s national Board of Directors for endangering others and hazing.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated was placed on cease and desist by the university on Oct. 27 for hazing, according to the Division of Student Affairs.

The IU chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity was placed on cease and desist by the university on Sept. 1 for hazing, according to the Division of Student Affairs.

The cease and desist order prevents the sorority from hosting any events or activities until an investigation of the disciplinary violation is complete.

Zeta Beta Tau is one of seven Greek organizations on disciplinary probation and one of 10 on suspension.
