All of Indiana’s 24 state-owned parks are offering free admission Sunday.
May 4 is also one of the state’s free fishing days, meaning residents will not need a fishing license or a trout/salmon stamp to fish at public access sites.
“We’re excited to welcome back longtime visitors, and we also warmly invite anyone who’s never visited,” Ginger Murphy, deputy director of Indiana State Parks, said in an announcement.
The parks are also offering discounts on reservations to its inns and campsites. From May 4-14, campsite reservations are 25 percent off with the code SPRING25, and Inns are 25 percent off for a reservation of two nights or more through May 22.
