Indiana University says it’s trying to fix its weeklong web outages by changing to a different website hosting environment.

According to the University Information Technology Services web page, multiple IU websites have been inaccessible since Monday. Technology Services is also working to address issues accessing IU’s virtual private network and Adobe Creative Cloud services.

The web outage affects several IU web pages, staff directories, and WFIU’s website.

“To date, UITS has restored sites that represent roughly 90 percent of IU’s web traffic,” said an email to campus late Friday afternoon. “UITS continues to work on restoring additional sites, prioritizing those related to student needs and university operations.”

IU Recreational Sports sent an email Friday afternoon saying its website is down and encouraging people to use its mobile app.
