Get closer to the wild side with Animal Hour and Dive Deeper! These weekly programs let you chat with WonderLab’s animal experts, discover what it takes to care for creatures from around the globe, and meet snakes, lizards, insects, arachnids, and more—up close and out of their habitats.

Animal Hour takes place on most Fridays, while Dive Deeper happens on the last Friday of each month at WonderLab’s stunning coral reef aquarium.

Description: Curiosity Lab is an after-school, free play program for kids ages 6-10 years. Children are invited to explore, experiment, and engage in hands-on sensory activities at their own pace. No instructions, no pressure—just curiosity-driven play. Held in WonderLab (or sometimes outdoors weather permitting), the space is set up for exploration with a variety of rotating materials and stations.

There will be one main activity/installment/manipulative for the month that will be brought out every Thursday. This will rotate with the month and the month's theme.

Recommended Ages: Designed for children ages 6 - 10, but siblings are welcome.

Join WonderLab for the world-premiere release party of Illuminating Apologues, a multimedia album by composer Maggie Olivo that blends original poetry, music, and digital art into a vivid, imaginative experience. At its heart is a song cycle of six character studies—each inspired by animals and moments from our natural and historical past. Every piece includes kid-friendly interactive activities designed to bring the stories to life. Join WonderLab Sunday, March 8th. Shows are at 1:30pm and 3pm.

Join us on Pi Day, March 14th, for a day of math-filled fun as we celebrate the magic of numbers, the beauty of math. Pi Day isn’t just about the number π; it’s about making math engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone!

Pi day will take place Saturday, March 14th from 10am -5pm. Pi is infinite and never repeating, which means there’s always more to discover. Scientists and mathematicians keep exploring its digits — and so can you!”

WildCare returns to WonderLab for Wild Animal Spring Break! Each half-hour program features a live animal ambassador and engaging content designed to teach about each species — their stories, unique adaptations, and natural habitats. Open to all ages to attend the shows. Shows have recommended ages for level of knowledge and subject matter.

The event will take place Tuesday, March 17, and Thursday, March 19. Shows will take place at 11am, 11:45am and 1:15pm, on both days.
