Early Aretha Franklin And More

Aretha Franklin is known today as the Queen of Soul, but when she was coming up as a young singer in the early 1960s, she sang a repertoire of jazz, pop, and blues. We'll hear some of those recordings, as well as music from trumpeters Jeremy Pelt and Chet Baker, singers Dick Haymes and Imelda May, pianist Bill Evans, and more.
