Since 1977, the Fourth Street Festival has capped off summer in Bloomington. It's been ranked one of the country's top 50 art fairs. This Labor Day weekend, 114 artists and craftspeople displayed their wares along Fourth Street as about sixty poets, storytellers, and radio dramatists performed on the Spoken Word Stage.
