Episode 44 - Reviewing The Indy Film Fest
On this week's episode, we invite Brittany Friesner to the show to talk about our experiences at the Indy Film Fest. Brittany helped program the festival, and gives us some insight into how some of the films were selected.
We start out with a pretty short What Have You Seen Lately section, since most of us haven't seen much that wasn't at the Indy Film Fest.
We then get into the films we saw at the Indy Film Fest, and we review the festival and the facilities as a whole. We list off the award winners from the festival, and talk extensively about most of the films we saw. We do spoil some of them, so be aware!
Overall, I loved my time at the Indy Film Fest. It was definitely the highlight of my summer. A very big thanks to Lisa Trifone, the Festival's Managing Director, who was very helpful and kind to us as we worked our way through the festival. Hopefully many of you got to enjoy some films as well. If not, perhaps you can catch up after hearing our thoughts.
