Stop and StART in Bloomington, Indiana

Over the summer, the City of Bloomingtonpartnered with the Bloomington Area Arts Council to mount a public art project designed to engage local artists, empower youth, and encourage strolling around downtown. And, as WFIU's Yaël Ksander reports, it dealt with one of the homelier features of the urban landscape that were largely unnoticed by artist Brett Volpe.
