Remembering Elinor Ostrom

Elinor Ostrom, Indiana University professor and the only woman to win the Nobel Prize in economics, died this week after a battle with cancer. Her colleagues remember her for outstanding contributions to research, and her students recall an accessible mentor who was always willing to help them out.

On this week’s Noon Edition, we'll talk about Ostrom's legacy with some of those who knew her best.

Join us Friday at 12 p.m for our conversation. You can visit this site to be part of our live chat, follow us on Twitter  @NoonEdition, or join us on the air by calling in at  812-855-0811 or 1-877-285-WFIU.
