Looking at the winners of this year’s Spring Crossroads Pitch Competition

Noon Edition airs on Fridays at noon on WFIU.

The Mill once again highlighted some of Bloomington’s and Indiana’s best and brightest at this year’s Crossroads Spring Pitch Competition.

This year’s event, which we previewed on Noon Edition in February, hosted about 40 contestants for the collegiate and overall Crossroads competitions.

The winner for the collegiate competition was Tee Genius, a software that books tee times and sends notifications for golfers and golf courses. The winner of the Crossroads competition was Therapprove, a software that acts as a hub for pediatric therapies, making it easier for parents and caregivers to seek help for their children.

Tee Genius received $5,000 and Therapprove received $10,000 from the Flywheel Fund to help launch their ideas into the next booming business.

This Friday on Noon Edition, we will talk with some of the winners and the host of this Spring’s Crossroads Pitch Competition.
