Conductor Carmen Téllez

Carmen serves as Professor of Music at Indiana University. A member of the Choral Department, she also serves as Director of the Latin American Music Center and Conductor of the Contemporary Vocal Ensemble. When she's not in Bloomington, Carmen is likely guest conducting with orchestras in Latin America, Spain, and other cities in the U.S. She's also a co-founder and Music Director of the Bloomington based Aguavá New Music Ensemble. For this hour, she joins host Bob Willard to talk about her career as a conductor.
