Guitarist Jason Wilber

A Bloomington native, Jason Wilber has toured throughout the U.S. and Europe, playing a variety of instruments while backing up folk, rock, and country artists such as Carrie Newcomer, Todd Snider, Hal Ketchum, Kim Fox, Greg Trooper, Tim Grimm, and Iris DeMent.

Since 1996, he has played lead guitar for renowned songwriter John Prine. His work with Prine includes two Grammy nominated albums: In Spite of Ourselves, which spent 32 weeks on the Billboard Country Charts, and Prine's newest release, Fair & Square. In 1988 Wilber released a CD of his own songs, Lost In Your Hometown, and followed that up in 2000 with Behind the Midway .
