Łukasz Kamiński and Ambassador Ryszard Schnepf

Łukasz Kamiński specializes in the history of Poland after 1945, particularly the period of Soviet occupation. He is the President of the Institute of National Remembrance and a founding signatory of the Prague Declaration on European Conscience and Communism.

Ambassador Ryszard Schnepf joined the Foreign Service in 1991, beginning a mission as Ambassador of Poland in Uruguay and Paraguay. Subsequently he served as the undersecretary of state of Poland as part of the Foreign Ministry.
