Violinist Ilya Kaler

Ilya Kaler is the only violinist to have won all three major violin competitions – the Sibelius, Paganini, and Tchaikovsky. He concertizes all over the world, and was on the faculty of Indiana University. Originally from Russia, Ilya now teaches at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. George Walker talks with Ilya Kaler for this one-hour interview.
