Two Indiana men will appear in court after being arrested on insurrection charges stemming from events at the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021

Matthew Huttle trespassed in the Capitol building for 16 minutes, according to court documents.

Eric Cantrell plead guilty to parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan sentenced her to 14 days of incarceration and 60 hours of community service, stressing she did so because Bissey had celebrated and bragged about her participation in what amounted to an attempted overthrow of the government.

Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson, the chairman of the committee, said in a release that “the inquiry includes examination of how various individuals and entities coordinated their activities leading up to the events of January 6.”

Since the riot at the U.S. Capitol, federal agents have arrested more than 600 people across the country believed to have joined in the Jan. 6 insurrection.
