Indiana University's Bloomington campus will proctor its summer courses online, according to a Thursday email sent to faculty.
IUB Provost Lauren Robel's statement to educators says the university will hold all its summer classes online due to the continuing coronavirus pandemic. In addition, all residential and non-residential summer events and programs are canceled.

The university extended its spring break and announced the remainder of spring semester classes would be taught online earlier this month, as COVID-19 continued to spread throughout the country.
Robel asks faculty to work with their academic units to decide on the best approach to traditionally hands-on or clinical courses.
