IU Health reports an adequate supply of PPE and medical supplies, though global demand is high. If you are interested in donating supplies, food, or other items contact the  IU Health Foundation.

32 percent of ventilators are currently in use, compared to 31 percent last week.

Numbers for IU Health’s ICU beds occupied remain consistent: 57 percent occupied this week to 56 percent occupied last week- and 57 percent the week before that (April 13).

Numbers specific to IU South Central Region Hospitals -  IU Health Morgan, Bloomington, Bedford and Paoli all make up the South Central Region for IU Health

At IU Health’s South Central Region Hospitals, 14 confirmed cases are being treated for COVID-19. An additional 11 people are waiting on test results. This totals 25 people currently being treated at the South Central Region Hospitals. This is down from last week's total, which was 42.

70 people have been discharged from IU Health’s South Central Region Hospitals. That's up from 50 perople last week.

Of the 550 South Central Region staff members who have been tested, 59 of those tests were positive. There are 3,800 staff at the IU South Central Region Hospitals.

So far, 571 staff have been quarantined and 528 have returned to work.

IU Health says if a staff member shows symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they are asked to temporarily self-isolate. Then, they are screened through the IU Health's virtual clinic to determine if they meet criteria for a COVID-19 test. If the staff member's test result is negative, they touch base through the virtual clinic again and can return to work after 24 hours without fever and without use of medication. If a staff member tests positive for the virus, they abstain from work for a minimum of a week, starting when symptoms began to 72 hours after being symptom-free.
