Quaff On Brewery says it is planning to move its brewery from its current location to Hard Truth Hills Distillery off Highway 46 in Brown County.
Quaff On has been located along Highway 135 since 2012. The brewery will be doubling the space at its new location and teaming up with Hard Truth Hills Distillery to offer tours of their respective facilities.
“So if you can imagine part of what we got to do is, integrate the brewery with that experience and that will be kind of a continuation of the terrace along the ridge there,” said Jeff McCabe, Executive Chairman of Big Woods Restaurant Group.
McCabe is envisioning a 20,000 square foot brewery adjacent to Hard Truth Hills that could be completed in 18 to 24 months.
“There will be a lot of interactive chances for people to see the equipment, see the process, we look forward to some tour experiences, and tasting,” said McCabe’s business partner Tim O’Brien.
McCabe is working with the town of Nashville to convert the old Quaff On brewery location into an apartment complex.
