There are some noticeable changes happening to the former Marsh Supermarket on Kinser Pike in Bloomington.
According to officials, the grocery store will reopen as a Kroger, but it's unclear when.
A Kroger sign recently went up outside of the building.
Kroger subsidiary Topvalco purchased the location, along with 10 others, after Marsh filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy last year.
The north side location is among seven undergoing renovations, costing a total of more than $20 million dollars.
